Goshen, NY— On Monday, September 16, 2024, Alison Esposito, a 25-year veteran of the New York Police Department (NYPD), former candidate for Lieutenant Governor, and Candidate for Congress in New York’s 18th Congressional District, received the endorsement of eight members of the Ulster County Legislature.
Ulster County and Plattekill needs a partner in Washington DC. That partner is Alison Esposito. Alison will work with us, represent us and listen to us. Her opponent spent millions of dollars needlessly that could have been spent on property tax relief for Ulster County Residents. We can’t afford two more years of Pat Ryan.
Minority Leader of the Ulster County Legislature, Kevin Roberts.
Alison Esposito will take the leadership skills she acquired as a 25-year veteran of the NYPD command staff and use them in Congress with a no-nonsense approach to governing, she’s committed to ‘family values’ and that’s the type of leader we need serving us in the Hudson Valley
Rich Walls, Deputy Chairman of Energy and Environment Committee.
Alison has worked hard and done impressive work as a dedicated public servant for her entire career. She is analytical, compassionate, experienced and extraordinarily qualified to lead. Alison personifies the kindness and caring for which we all value but her concerns for the common good drew her to a greater calling. She will fight tirelessly to support equality, justice, and opportunity in all of New York State. Her beliefs that all people have the right to be safe, free, and protected is what makes her a true leader.
Thomas J Corcoran Jr, Ulster County Legislator.
As the Chairwoman of the Law Enforcement and Public Safety Committee, I know what is needed to keep Ulster County communities safe. Alison is a fighter and has 25 years of experience in protecting New York streets. We need a representative in Congress who is willing to fight and defend our brave law enforcement officers. That person is Alison Esposito. She will never waiver in her support of first responders, and I know that with her defending us in Washington, we can rest easy knowing we have a proven fighter who will never stop advocating for us.
Gina Hansut, Chairwoman of Law Enforcement and Public Saftey Committee.
I’m proud to support Alison Esposito for Congress. Her background in law enforcement and her excellent record on security issues makes her the right choice to represent the Hudson Valley in Congress.
Jason Kovacs, Ulster County Legislator.
