GOSHEN, NY – Today, outside of Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, Alison Esposito, a 25-year veteran of the New York Police Department (NYPD), former candidate for Lieutenant Governor, and Candidate for Congress in New York’s 18th Congressional District, was joined by Rabbi Shlomo Krasner of Congregation Schomre Israel in Poughkeepsie and members of the local Jewish community, in calling for an end to the antisemitic encampments set up by pro-Hamas protestors on campus at Vassar College.
Watch the clip here.
Before the encampments at Vassar College get out of hand, the Administration should put an end to them. While we embrace peaceful protests. We cannot allow rules to be broken or crimes to be committed. No violence against Jews. No violence against the students. No stopping of graduation ceremonies. None of that should be allowed to happen. We have seen the consequences when we allow these encampments to go on for too long and we do not want to repeat what we have seen across the country at different colleges,
Alison Esposito
